What can you do with the Knowledge base?

At the bottom left of the menu, you will find the ‘Ask Elari’ and ‘Knowledge base’ buttons. They give you access to the following:

  1. Knowledge base: All up-to-date and verified articles regarding Elari. We will go into more detail about the Knowledge base in this article.
  2. Ask Elari: The in-app AI assistant that provides immediate help and quick answers to your questions, reducing the need to create support tickets. To learn more, read the following article: Ask Elari.

First, you must log in to Elari. More information on logging in can be found here.

By clicking ‘Knowledge base’ at the bottom left of the menu in Elari, you will enter the Knowledge base. You will be automatically redirected to an article explaining the specific page you were working on. For example, if you were coding an invoice, you will navigate directly to the instructions on how to code an invoice.

In the Knowledge base, you can also search for instructions yourself. Type a specific keyword into the search bar to receive immediate suggestions for related articles. Additionally, you can click on the specific module you wish to learn more about.
Notes
The Knowledge base offers instructions for all modules available in Elari. Please note that some modules may not be active in your specific Elari environment.

My Tickets

While the knowledge base articles can help you find most answers, you may still require assistance. Application administrators can submit tickets to our support department. In the 'My Tickets' section, you can track the status of your submitted tickets.

Please note: If an end-user contacts our support department directly, we unfortunately cannot assist them. We will refer the user back to the internal application administrator within their own organization.
